Detailed Proposal & Quote
Based on our initial call, I will draft a proposal complete with deliverables, a general project timeline, and an associated quote. Once the proposal is accepted, I will send over a contract and invoice to solidify our working relationship. The project will commence once the contract has been signed and the invoice has been processed.
Set The Foundation: Kick-Off Meeting
Upon acceptance of the contract, we will schedule a meeting and take a deep dive into the project requirements to prioritize tasks, create timelines, and set achievable goals. We will schedule future check-in meetings, and I will introduce you to the project management tool we will be using for the duration of our contract.
Regular Updates & Check-Ins
I take the guesswork out of collaboration. You will know exactly what I'm working on, what has been completed, and what is coming up. If I stumble upon a roadblock or the project plan needs to be adjusted, we'll discuss it. During the length of our project, I will track deliverables and due dates using Asana, which will be shared with you during our check-in meetings.
